Uniting to Support Africa’s Rangers
Wildlife Rangers are all that stand between Africa’s precious biodiversity and the increasingly complex threats it faces. To meet the challenge, rangers must do more than ever before. But resources are not keeping pace.
That’s why Ranger Teams from across Africa are joining forces in the third annual Wildlife Ranger Challenge, raising funds to preserve habitats, strengthen communities and protect wildlife.
The Wildlife Ranger Challenge will bring together more than 150 ranger teams to participate in a series of mental and physical challenges, culminating in a 21km half marathon on September 16th 2023. The Challenge allows rangers to showcase their important work, and provides a platform for their organisations to generate funding.
